Estilos de vida y estado nutricional en profesionales de enfermería del Hospital José Hernán Soto Cadenillas, Chota 2025.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los estilos de vida y el estado nutricional de los profesionales de enfermería del Hospital José Hernán Soto Cadenillas, Chota 2025. Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal, con una muestra de 62 licenciados(as) en enfermería, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron Cuestionario de Estilos de vida y Cuestionario de Estado Nutricional. Los resultados mostraron que, un elevado porcentaje de los profesionales de enfermería presentan estilos de vida no saludables en casi todas sus dimensiones, en cuanto a la nutrición, el 91,9 % manifestó prácticas inadecuadas; el 74,2% mostró deficiencias en el manejo del estrés, el 72,6% presentó dificultades en las relaciones interpersonales, así como en la responsabilidad en salud; el 71% reflejó un bajo nivel de crecimiento espiritual y el 69,4 % reportó una escasa práctica de actividad física. Asimismo, se observó que la mayor parte de los profesionales de enfermería registraba un peso corporal entre 60 y 69 kilogramos, representando el 54,8 %, mientras que la talla predominante se encontraba entre 150 y 159 centímetros, con un 43,5%. Además, el 86,9% no presentaba un estilo de vida saludable y el 59,7% mostraba condición de sobrepeso. Se concluyó que existe una correlación positiva y moderada estadísticamente significativa entre estilos de vida y estado nutricional en profesionales de enfermería (r=0,675) del Hospital José Hernán Soto Cadenillas, Chota 2025.
Mobile Device Use in the Development of Research Skills in Students at a Public University in the Cajamarca Region.

The development of research capacity is a variable that demands attention in students of the various universities in the world, they need to use tools that facilitate access to information required for research work, all university students have a mobile device; however, it is not used for research, despite having applications for access to reliable and interesting information. The problem statement sought to test the influence of the use of mobile devices on the development of research skills. The study was quantitative in approach, applied with a quasi-experimental design, worked with 140 students from a public university in the Cajamarca region, divided into two groups, Control and Experimental; a pretest was applied to both, where average differences of less than 0.071 were obtained in the dimensions and variable; the use of the mobile device determined that it was favourable for the GE, demonstrating that all students accessed information according to the guidelines of the research work. The application of the post-test proved that there are significant differences in the development of research skills, by obtaining average differences of more than 2.929 points in the dimensions and variable; the statistical values showed that there is a significant influence of the use of the mobile device in the development of research skills, by obtaining an associated bilateral critical level < 0.001, a result of less than 0.05, which accepts the hypothesis put forward.
